Construction Strategy & Site Management
Miliani implemented a phased construction and traffic management plan to control site activity, heavy equipment movement, and material deliveries. Work was scheduled during controlled time windows to minimize impact on guests and hotel operations.
Utility connections and structural work were coordinated in close collaboration with hotel management to ensure uninterrupted building performance.
Seamless Integration Between New Construction and Existing Structure
The project required careful integration between the new restaurant structure and the existing hotel envelope, ensuring architectural continuity, structural stability, and compliance with Florida building codes.
Technical Execution: MEP Systems & Custom Finishes
The project included full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation, including commercial kitchen exhaust systems and HVAC integration. Miliani also managed high-end custom millwork, specialty ceiling features, and installation of impact-resistant storefront systems designed to meet Miami-Dade wind load requirements.
Site modifications included parking reconfiguration, new outdoor dining areas, and EV charging infrastructure.
